SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Program
Aurum Wireless Customer Messages is a text messaging program operated by Aurum Enterprise Inc., doing business as Aurum Wireless, for customers who enroll in wireless products and services through our authorized sales channels, including participating Walmart locations.
2. What We Send
Customer satisfaction check-in. If you opt in to customer support messages, you will receive one automated text message about 3 business days after your purchase, to check that your devices and service are working properly.
Referral invitation. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you will receive one automated text message about 14 days after your purchase, inviting you to refer friends and family and including a referral gift card offer.
3. Referral Gift Card Offer
- Amount: depends on how many new lines are activated: 1 line, $10 · 2 to 3 lines, $25 · 4 or more lines, $50.
- Who qualifies: the friend or family member you refer must activate the new lines.
- Limits: there is no limit on how many people you can refer.
- Delivery: the gift card is sent by email 90 days after the new lines are activated.
4. Consent
Participation is voluntary. By selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox and signing the consent form during enrollment, you authorize Aurum Enterprise Inc. to send automated text messages to the mobile number you provided. The two types of messages are chosen separately.
Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Message Frequency
Up to 2 messages per enrollment: 1 customer satisfaction check-in and 1 referral invitation. You may also receive replies to messages you send us, and one confirmation if you opt out.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
7. How to Stop Messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

9. Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our SMS Privacy Policy at www.aurumwireless.com/sms-privacy.
10. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier networks and availability.
11. Changes to Terms
Aurum Enterprise Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
